There is a company called Kleen Tank. They clean out black and gray tanks. I have never used them, but I have heard only good things about them. I also do not know how much it costs either.

I actually have very clean tanks, but it’s a hassle absent the black tank flush. This week I’m adding the gray tank flush since that one will be a snap…
