Unhappy 2014 minnie winnie 27Q model shifting issue

First off we have no power to any of our interior outlets or the exterior outlet for shore power. no blown fuses either. Cannot find a thing in the owner manual that helps. Could it be an invertor???

Next, we were heading out on a trip still very close to home and the vehicle would not shift into a higher gear. Checked transmission fluid, all good but we do have a P0300, P0420 and a P0141 code. Those relate to sensors including the 02 sensor but would that prevent the gear from shifting or do you think we need to take coach to transmission expert. Bought used in 2017 with 39,000 and it currently has just over 46,125 miles. Scratching our heads, any tips that perhaps we havent thought of?

Hi Alaska Wife 14,
As far as the 120 VAC outlets having no power, it could be from the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter. See page 6-4 of your Owner's Manual.
As far as the transmission not shifting into 5th gear (overdrive,) it might be a pre-programmed protection for the engine. Your error codes are:
  • P0300 = Multiple Misfires
  • P0420 = Oxygen Level too low (i.e. fuel level too high)
  • P0141 = Oxygen Sensor Heating Circuit Malfunction
The combination makes me think you are running too rich without a specific cylinder failure. This sounds like a stuck fuel injector to me.
I would take it to a good engine man and hold-off on the transmission specialist. Please let us know what your mechanic determines.
Thanks, Eagle5
