Tank Fill / Normal diverter valve

Hello… On my 2016 vista LX when hooked up to city water and the diverter valve in the normal position the freshwater tank slowly fills. I suspect that diverter valve isn't fully diverting water to the system on board. Looking for advice on how to unclamp the pipes to the diverter valve to test it and possibly replace.

Those are cinch clamps and the suck. I always use a screwdriver but there are plenty of YouTube videos that show you how. That said, I would bet it is your pump, that is what causes mine and is a common problem. Good luck!
