2014 Travato 59g -access to shower diverter

Just purchased a 2014 Travato 59 G. We can’t make the shower work. When we pull the diverter only a trickle gets to the shower head. I may have to adjust the diverter but.... how do I get to it? I don’t seem to be able to reach it from under the kitchen sink. Do I need to pull out one of the receding compartments under the bathroom sink? If so, how?

Updating with what I found in case somebody else needs it. The bathroom sink is accessed by removing the plastic storage insert on the sink column. This insert is removed by removing screws hidden by the rubber that surrounds the insert.
In any case and for my problem with the shower head, I don’t think I will need to get under the sink. I suspect a washer is obstructing the flow to the shower head and it all happens on the sink faucet itself. I should find out just by removing the hose from the sink to the shower. I will try this once we bring the rv out of hibernation.
