2023 Vista 29NPF Winnebago Connect / Silverleaf manual

hi all - for 2023, Winnebago is including their new Winnebago Connect control pad in the main lounge area which allows you to manage almost all of the coaches internal systems. Problem is, the manual (and supplement) that came with the coach is woefully inadequate in describing how to use the various screens. I even contacted Winnebago customer support and this being a 2023 feature, they weren't even up to speed on how it works. My dealership stated that I have to contact Silverleaf not Winnebago. Have not done that yet and just wondering if any of you out there have and did they send a more complete manual?
thanks

Hi CD Eldorado,
I wonder if this manual for a Silverleaf installed in a NewMar would be about the same?
Welcome to the forum.

I just purchased a 2023 Journey 34N and have the same issue, I was in contact with Firefly who is developing the Winnebago Connect app and was informed by them that the app doesn't support the coach yet and that it is still in development....I have contacted Winnebago and I am waiting for their response as well. I just can't believe they would do such a thing, release a vehicle with a control module that isn't supported by an app. Winnebago decided to migrate away from Firefly's app to their own and this is the issue.

I believe the goal of getting new Journey's out to dealer lots was the prime directive - customer experience? Oh well. The RV is 2-years late and an embarrassment to management.
