Well Christopher, let me be the first to welcome you even though I've only been posting a short time. I must admit I have a biased interest here as we have just bought a new Adventurer 35A also, and if your avatar pic is of your coach, we have the same color as well. See my avatar pic of our rig to the left.
So, after our first trip out this weekend we have discovered how much we love it, and are looking forward to many more fun trips! I'll be very interested in keeping in touch with you to compare notes along the way.
Good luck with your coach, and I hope to see you on the board.

I've been an iRV2 member for over for 5 years but, this is my first post in the Winnebago forum. Next Wednesday, I will be taking possession of my first motorhome. It's an Itasca Sprit 31T. Until now, I've had travel trailers and a large pick up truck. I am really looking forward to a different kind of RVing.

well have to admit I did it alittle bit different I got my wife at winnebago when we both worked there in 1975. Sorry but I bought a new Damon nothing against winnies just liked the intruder. We both worked in the cabinet shop. too many years ago. Not sure how this qualifies me for this forum but I know first hand lol that my winnie is a winner maarried thirty years since the 2nd of July. TPS,
We too had a travel trailer before our MH. We've taken the MH out 3 times now since we bought it. I can assure you of one thing, it has definately been a different kind of RVing!! What a difference! Everything is so much easier, it's difficult not to enjoy that difference.

I just posted a reply and noticed that I am identified as a "Monaco Coach Forum Member" rather than Winnebago. I looked at my profile and couldn't see how to change this. How do I change this?

No. I'm getting it from a dealer in MA. Will any Winebago dealer be able to service it or do I need to go back to the Itasca dealer. Not that I don't want to but, he's much further away than Arlington.

I'm a convert from rv.net. I really find the Winnebago Owner's forum the most helpful. I especially liked the information about the lack of visibility in the engine computer display and how to do a retrofit. I'm hooked. Please change my "karma" ID to Winnebago Coach forum member. Thanks, Larry
PS Is there a spell check function for new posts?

Welcome to the forum!!
I've taken care of the karma issue, you're all set as a Winnebago Forum Member...
While we don't have a site spell checker, a lot of folks use the Internet Explorer Spell Checker which the link will take you to.

Howdy Y'all,
A newbie checking in. I've been an rv.net member for years, and a lurker here.
We are flying out to California next Sat 12/16 to pickup our new to us MH. It is a 2003 40E UA. It is factory mod'ed for wheelchair access. (our MH dreams got put on hold when I got rearended at a redlight in '03 sitting on my Harley, put me in a chair for life).
This is gonna be a major adventure, first plane trip in chair, then almost 2K miles back home. Yeehah, I am soo ready. I have ~6K miles in rental units(pre-wreck), this is our first ownership.
Looking forward to "talking to y'all".

Welcome McDuff! Good luck with your adventure. It sounds like it has been a long time in the making.
Did they catch the person who rear ended you?
