I have a 2013 Sunstar 26HE. Not sure what your setup is, but I have one TV over the dash. I replaced it years ago, so this is all from memory.
The TV was hooked onto a sliding two piece mount which I had to tap with a mallet to separate the piece attached to the TV off from the piece attached to the motorhome. The mount was very tight and it was held on by bolts.
I have an access panel behind the TV which I had to access to unhook the cables and possibly the bolts that hold the TV portion of the bracket in place. I don't remember if I was able to get my hands behind the TV and removed the TV from the sliding bracket first, or if I found a place on the bracket which I was able to tap with the mallet to remove the TV.
The sliding bracket mounts up and down, so I had to tap the bracket toward the roof to remove it. A couple pictures are attached to show the TV portion of the bracket on the bracket attached to the motorhome, then a picture of just the bracket attached to the motorhome. Hope this helps.
