2015 Meridian thermostat dead

The heat in central costal CA is up and the A/C is needed but the thermostat is not responding to any input. The temperature displayed is incorrect and the buttons will not cause any change in display. Mode, zone and system show nothing.
Where do I look for a reboot or diagnostic?Click image for larger version

I first thought to look for a manual but came across this before the manual and it seems to have potential?

Report of fix:
I removed the thermostat from the wall and disconnected the connector to power down. The display went dark. I reconnected to the harness and it worked again. Recounted and turned on A/C.

I strongly suggest you at least consider a new t-stat. The ZC becomes problematic over time. I replaced mine with the Micro-Air EasyTouch RV thermostat. I am so glad I did. It opens up a whole new way to use your systems. There is individual access to heat, cooling, heat pump/cooling, gas heat available or not... and so much more. Check them out: https://www.micro-air.com/products_e...ouchscreen.cfm
Customer support is great.
