Kitchen Sink and the Shower not working

Hi, We just purchased a Used 2020 Winnebago Minnie Winnie *WF331K. The Kitchen Sink and the Shower are not working with the pump or city water the bathroom vanity sink and toilet work fine; the dealer we purchased it from did Pre-Delivery Inspection, and they said everything was tested. They said they did a pressure test on the water lines any help would be appreciated*

I’m sure folks more familiar with your unit may be able to weigh on with more constructive ideas. But is it too late to pull a u turn and go right back to the dealer to have them explain this to you? It could be a coach issue, or perhaps a user issue...
