2021 Voyage RB2831 Roof Separation Issues

I have a Voyage RB2831, 2021. This summer after our first trip out the roof membrane had peeled back after coming loose from under the cap. After dealing with W, I had the whole roof replaced. WI declined any manufacturer warranty as it was past 12 months and they feel I had not completed maintenance. The unit is stored in a barn out of the weather and I check the roof each use with no issues noted. After repaired and two trips, the roof front seal at the transition point is loose again. Dealer making repairs felt initially it was a build issue and now are convinced it is a structural defect, as there is nothing holding the cap and transition strip down. I’’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem. WI has still declined any participation and I am curious if anyone has a similar experience.
