On my 2016 Vista 30T is a switch on the dash that says reset, info, start up. I never received any info on how to use it and have only the very basics figured out. Can someone give me lead to where to find this info. I know it does more than what I am using it for. Thank You
This sounds like it would be on the chassis part of the RV. Did you get a manual for the chassis with the info pack?
If not, I would look for online owners manual for the chassis. The exact year of the chassis is likely to be critical on things which change often, so a check of the info tag near the driver's side may help to know what build date and more indepth info, if needed?
Searching for info is like a big Easter egg hunt at times!

Why no RV year, make and floorplan on MY signature as we suggest for others?
I currently DO NOT have one!
If you start your RV and look in the center of the instrument panel you'll see that you can cycle through various readings, such as trip odometer, average mpg, instantaneous mpg, etc. Reset resets whatever reading you have active. Setup lets you choose miles, kilometers, etc.
Richard's correct, the owners manual from Ford details all these options.
Here is a web version of that page in your Ford owner's manual:
