Do you have HWH Jacks and slideouts?
Do you have a manual that will give you the model number? It may not matter until you order parts, and even then they operate off the same principle:
* You have 4 jack solenoids that apply hydraulic force to put the jack down.
* The jack springs apply the return force to stow the jack.
QUESTIONS
* Do your slideouts work?
* Do you have enough fluid in your reservoir and are there no leaks?
Possible solutions
* Find you HWH pump (under your front steps most likely).
* Verify the 5/8" cap for that bad jack is not loose? It is supposed to be hand tight, plus a little more. Do not overtighten.
* If the 5/8" cap is tight, then unscrew it and inspect the "poppet" and o-ring to make sure it's not rolled over.
* If all looks good you can swap solenoids to see if your problem migrates to a known good jack; and you problem jack starts to work. ...If this happens your problem is the big jack solenoid that screws in to the top manifold.
* If your fist jack problem is still a problem, then I think there is an electric pressure switch on top of the jack. So you should probably check the wiring out before you do any solenoid swapping tests.
Good luck. Keep us posted as to what fixed your problem.
