Question Does this look right?

We are working on resealing all of our body joins/seams and noticed what looks like there should be a cover of sorts where our windshield wipers come out of the nose. We have a 2005 Itasca Meridian.
Does anyone know if there should be a cap here? (see photos - sorry the pics rotated sideways after i attached to this post)
If not, do we need to seal this area with silicone?

Thanks!

Our 2005 journey looks exactly the same and no you do not need to seal that area.

Looking at pictures only, I think I see a rubber gasket type seal around each? Looks good as is!

I'd guess that you've got a clear plastic cover over the front of your RV, like the 3M or Diamond Shied products. And what you're seeing as a missing cover is really the spot where the shield isn't (they cut a hole in the shield to fit over the wiper connections) and there is dirt caught against the edge of the shield.

If you do a search for "wiper cap"
you will find it.
