Should there be any exterior silicon or other type of sealant applied to the outside of the bottom of my windshield and to the top of my front fiberglass panel?
My winney does not have any sealant applied between the bottom of the windshield and fiberglass panel because of this, the fibergalss panel moves and rattles some when driving.
Winnebago is one of the few MH mfgrs. that bed-in their windshields, exactly like an auto windshield. Thus no exterior sealant, as long as it isn't leaking I'd leave it as-is.

Any chance it is the hood panel and support brackets contributing to your issue? If you already know about the many issues with the hood brackets, then never mind. If not, might be worth inspecting all of the glued-on brackets that hold the front cap components together. You never know...
