The plastic nozzle that mounts to the wiper assembly has begun to come apart during operation. Has anyone purchased replacements? If so from where and what is the part number?

Here's one place:
Cleveland Ignition

And another:
AM Equipment

Some say that simple barbed connectors for vacuum lines work well too. Consider NAPA?

Mine started to pop apart so I just put a black nylon wire tie around them and trimmed off the excess. I had a pack lying around that I picked up at Radio Shack so it was a no cost quick fix. You have to look hard to even notice that they are there. This has worked so well that I will probably just leave them like this until they fail again.

NeilV,

Great minds must think on the same path. I also initially used the wire tie (in my case white) fix, but now for < $10 I think I will go with all new parts. The hose has started to show signs of failing and the kit from Cleveland Ignition contains all the replacement parts. I will let you know how it works out after the job is completed.

Hello everyone, new here but I knew I would find info that would help me if I just went thru enough posts. I have been fighting the washer jobies coming off since I got the MH. Now I can get the right parts or just use the tiewraps till I get down south next month. Great place to learn lots of good info and sneaky ticks to get by for a short while.

Chucknmare,

Welcome to the forum. If it can happen someone will have had it happen and someone else will know the way to fix it. This is a great place to share info.

Check with your local NAPA store, they have a good supply of truck parts and if not in stock will be available from warehouse the next day. Have gotten good service on windshield parts on other vehicles from them in the past.
