Also.. just thinking make sure that the lockout key didn't get turned off on the control panel (happened to me once) also make sure that the electric lock is unlocked.

Update

Insurance company paid for the repair less the deductible.

Repair included grinding out the cracks repairing with a "repair kit" I think it is used in the marine industry and repaint.
