New 2024 Micro Minnie 1720FB disappointment

We purchased a new 1720FB at the end of December. When we got it home we found a couple problems and took it back to Tucson La Mesa RV as requested by customer service. The problems couldn't be fixed right away so we took it home to go on our first trip with it. We found a few more problems. The major problem was that the shower drain plumbing was cracked under the shower. We had 2 showers worth of water under and in the trailer. We immediately cut our trip short and brought it back to La Mesa RV. Our camper has now been at La Mesa for 7 weeks. Winnebago claims freeze damage and doesn't want to cover it under warranty. I know it didn't freeze when we had it as we kept it garaged except for the 3 nights camping. This whole experience with Winnebago and La Mesa has been disappointing.

More quality issues and another disappointed consumer. All to common. Sorry you have to deal with it.

A drain line runs free so it shouldn't have water in it to freeze - unless it's the trap. Find out exactly where the leak is and document it including pictures. Good luck.

We took pictures of all of our issues. I agree that the drain line issue was highly unlikely to be from freezing. There's a large piece of the black drain pipe broken off at the connection with the white shower drain pipe. That's why this has been so frustrating.
