sagging suspension

Hello Everyone,
this is my first post and question? My Vista 27LX 2018 has a sagging issue. These are the measurements at the top of the wheel wells.
Driver side rear 28 1/4"
Passenger side rear 26 1/8"
Driver side front 27 1/4"
Pass. side front 24 3/4".
So the passenger side front and back is 2 to 2 1/2" lower. I have gotten the leaf springs checked and they are ok. Dealership is suggesting shims. Bought this Vista 27lx with 5,000 miles and now has 12,000 miles. Any ideas or experiences with this problem. Thanks jer

That’s not all that unusual, but airbags would help level it out.

Thanks Wyatt,
That's an idea. I was thinking of adding an extra leaf spring. But that might get me a stiffer ride and feel a lot more bumps. If I go air bags maybe the 7500 series would work.

I had a similar issue with my 2016 Itasca Sunstar LX 35B. Apparently it’s pretty common on the F53 chassis. When I had it in for new tires and alignment. I asked the truck shop to check the springs. They recommended an additional leaf on the passenger side rear. Price was a bit steep so I continued to search for other solutions.

I found an add a leaf option from Super Springs International (same people that make Sumo Springs). I was able to install myself and was far less costly than the truck shop. SSI sells an install tool but you can also use a couple of heavy duty C clamps to get the job done. This technique was actually suggested to me by SSI after they accidentally sent the wrong tool with my order. Aside from that hiccup they were great to work with. So far so good. It has not stiffened the ride terribly but did help to bring the coach back to level. If anything it took some of the sway out of the ride. Here is a link to their site. I think they are running a sale until 3/31.
