Navion ceiling tube lighting “sagging”

Hi, new owner, 2017 Navion ... stowed our unit during moderate temps and came back to find both the bedroom area and the dining area ceiling lights sagging. Tried to press them back into the track and they didn’t stay. Any hints on what the issue is and how to cure it? Many thanks!
