No hot water on a Minnie 2529RG

Have both electric and gas instant heaters and neither one is working. Diverter is in correct position and replaced the fuse to the gas igniter and still no luck. Please help...cold showers aren't fun!

Greetings jdoubledee,
I see that you have a Minnie 2529RG Trailer, so I just added that to your subject line above. Is it a 2023 model? It helps folks here to know the year & model of your RV, so if you could add that to your autosignature, that would be great. Hopefully, a team member here will be able to help with your water heater problems.
Welcome to the forum.

I have a 2529RG but I am not familiar with instant heaters.... Ours has a conventional water heater that can be powered by either gas or electric. It is not instant.

If you have a conventional water heater, it is possible your thermal fuse has failed, which will disable both gas and electric capability. You can access the fuse by opening the exterior panel. You can temp wire around the fuse and troubleshoot....
