LP gas grills

If I have an LP grill for may RV and want to use it at home with my 30# tank I can buy a hose and LP regulator and it will work fine. Let me know if I have this correct.

Yes, you need to have one regulator and only one regulator in the system. Assuming your grill plugs into your RV, the grill presumably does not have a regulator, so you would need one off the tank.

The other issue would be connecting it. It might be best to get female connector like on your RV and connect it to a regulator and hoseso you can use the same connection as your RV. That would keep you from having to check for leaks every time you changed the hose from RV hose to tank hose.

Thanks for reply. I see they have low pressure regulators and hoses. Just for this.

I'm not sure they are just for this--often it's for replacement of failed regulators. But yeah, the parts are easily available.
