2020 Micro Minnie 2108 FS slide out failure

We are in Newfoundland on a 2 week vacation & our slide out failed the 1st night. The mechanic has never seen this before, we reset the controller, flashed red and green, now when you try to move the slide out, 1 side goes out, 1 side goes in. Help

When troubleshooting, did anyone remove the motor cables from the controller? It sounds like tge cables may have been plugged back in in reverse order. I.E., cable for motor no. 1 in location for no. 2 and vice-versa. The motors do rotate in the opposite directions. The result that you are experiencing would cause the slide to do exactly that if the cables were exchanged.

We did not. The repair man did but switched them back. Nothing made a difference.
Thanks BDAWMA

I am not familiar with your coach model. Do you have one slide or two? If you have two, the controllers could be swapped to eliminate that as a problem. If not, where do you stand at this point? Have you ordered another controller or another repairman?

We have a 21 ft tow behind with 1 slide out. It was working fine until it wasn't.

It is going into the repair shop Tuesday. We are on a 2 week vacation in Newfoundland. This occurred on our 1st morning here. We're leaving it at the shop while we continue with part of our trip without it.

I hope they can complete the repairs with minimal disruption of your plans and that you still have a great vacation!
