Voyager camera mount on 2019 Micro Minnie 2018TB?

2019 MM 2018TB... I mounted a camera to the Voyager back camera mount. I wired the camera into the Voyager red and black wires. I hooked up my 21 GMC to the trailer and I'm not getting power to the camera. I'm wondering if the trailer has a fuse that needs to be installed. I hate tearing it open to meter our the connector. Am I missing something here? TU in advance. Craig

Have you turned on the trucks running lights.

Mine doesn't get power unless the truck lights are activated.

What Bcborn said. You have to turn on the truck lights to get power to the running lights. Did you do that? That fuse in the trailer power panel has nothing to do with the running lights. The running lights are close to the roof on the trailer and are ONLY supplied by the tow vehicle. They come on when the tail lights come on.

OK, do you have 12 volt power to the red and black wires that you mentioned earlier?

We're on the California Coast and the weather is severe. I'll have to pause this trouble shooting til we swim back ashore. TU

What other have said, plus,
You won’t get a picture on the monitor unless you have first paired it with the camera. The wireless won’t work without pairing. In most camera, you have to pair before mounting.
