Trailer weight per purchase agreement, sticker on trailer and the title is listed as 5968 but the actual weight was 6980 which is 1,012 lbs over the stated weight.
Tongue weight is supposed to be 648 but the actual weight was 760 which is 112 lbs off.
We also know that the stated length of 28'7 is wrong and the actual length is 29'6.

I responded to your other, similar post. I'll repeat it briefly here (this is all based on my experience with a 2100BH Micro Minnie travel trailer).
(1) The advertised length was from the center of the coupler to the back of the rear bumper. The spare tire on mine added that extra 11 inches. I measured it prior to purchasing to confirm... as length was important to me.
(2) I believe the advertised tongue weight is with one battery and no propane in the propane bottles. I'm not sure how you weighed yours (with/without propane, with/without stabilizer and anti-sway attachments on tongue). Also, the scale accuracy will come into play here.
(3) My total trailer weight on the trip home from the dealer (I drained all the tanks and the water heater after testing) was ~150 lbs higher than advertised. I deemed this as acceptable as it undoubtedly included some error.
I'm shocked they are off by 1000 lbs. Are you 100% sure you weighed it correctly and that it was completely empty (no propane in bottles, no water in tanks/water heater), no added batteries, no cargo, etc?
If it is actually 1000 lbs high, I think you definitely have a right to be upset. I hope they can resolve this to your satisfaction.
