Micro Minnie 2108TB vs 2108FBS floorplans

Looking at these layouts. I get if you must have a Kind bed, that rules out the FBS. Initially I liked the idea of being able to separate from the wife (we snore) or using it with a buddy. But got to thinking about minus's like trying to put in a better mattress with 3 different pieces.

Any other plusses or minusses? What makes either floorplan a must have for you or a no go for you.

Planning to purchase ASAP!

Thanks.
