Did you have to take your trailer into a Winnebago dealer to get the new handles?
I don’t want to wait on a dealer to do this, and really don’t want to haul my trailer to a dealer for the install. Is there a way to waive the install, and just have the dealer order the parts based on your VIN# ?

New Drawer & Cabinet Door pulls
Well Kids, Winnebago has done it yet again!!
The distance between the screw holes on the old, brushed aluminum pulls is 2 and 3/8 inches,
The new, curved chrome pulls are 3 and 1/8 inches apart!
If you "straddle" the new pulls from where the old pulls were, you'll see two holes, If you use one of the old holes to mount the new and improved pull, you'll see one hole.
I wonder who at Winnebago came up with this??
Oh yeah, the screw holes on the old vs new pulls are 1/16 inch different on the new and improved (?) pulls.

Bob,
I think I’ll wait for you to blow off some steam with WBGO customer service. Maybe they’ll put a blue collar person on this instead of a high paid manager. You know, someone who knows which end of a hammer to hold.

Marine395,
Nope, not going to vent to Customer Service.
I'll be attending the Winnebago GNR and then on to Middlebury for a Minnie Owner's Rally and Factory Tour in July.
I'm looking forward to discussing the lack of foresight in person either at the GNR or in Middlebury.
That and the stupid LaSalle-Bristol cable drain valves.
Edit: Some my read my complaint that I don't like Winnebago's, nor my 2021 2529RG.
WRONG!
My Minnie is the 6th RV (3 Motorhomes and 3rd trailer) and it is BY FAR the best planned and constructed RV we've owned.
Would I buy another Winnebago? Most likely, but at my age, I'm guessing our present Minnie will be our last.

Here's a workaround if you want to use the new hardware with the mismatched holes: Drill out the existing screw holes, 3/16" should do, and buy a piece of 3/16" dowel to make some plugs with the length matching the thickness of the drawer front. Apply a little wood glue and tap the plugs into place flush with the drawer front. To make this plug nearly invisible, dab on a little stain that closely matches the drawer front color. Then redrill the mounting holes for the new hardware. Yeah, it's a little work you shouldn't have to do, but it will be done and your blood pressure should settle down.

Winnebago sent me the replacement handles too and I chose to stick with the old ones after seeing them and the mounting hole issue.
I had taken all the old handles off and rounded the sharp edges with a Dremel tool. That worked well.
Also, I use bungee cords to keep my doors and cabinets closed during travel and the new handles don't allow that.
