Adding rear quick -connect propane outlet...

I would like to add a quick connect propane outlet at the back of our 2529RG. There is an existing line running along the curb side of the trailer. Seems I have.read about someone doing that on WBOF, but can't find the post.

Post 7 in the link below shows the rear quick connect I did for my 28rbds. My water heater and heater is in the rear so I simply sourced components to sort of make a little splitter manifold for those two plus a line for a quick connect. And I made a little protection plate.

I got the 3/8" cap off the back of the manifold without too much trouble. Replace the cap with a 3/8"MPT-1/4"FPT bushing. Used a 6" x 1/4" nipple, and the 1/4" quick connect. I had to take the lever off the quick connect to tighten it. I am looking for a way to stabilize the 6" nipple where it connects to the quick connect to prevent vibration.
