In general... no travel trailers come with manuals. Usually, a bag of "installation" instructions from all the 3rd party supplies... like axles, refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, power centers, etc, etc.
Sometimes those have a little bit of operation info included with them. But not always. Just whatever paper the various manufacturers put in the box with the equipment.
You are expected to be taught how to work everything during your PDI at the dealership via closing.
But, don't fret. The internet has all those owners manuals but it's just at the manufacturer's website.
So, if you have an Atwood water heater, find the model number and look at the Atwood website or anywhere on the internet for an owner's manual for that model. The same goes for all the other gear.
This will be a zero help for you... but when you buy a motorhome you do get an operator's manual from Winnebago. It's even available online. But historically travel trailers don't get the same resources.
Sorry to be the barer of bad news.
