Where to Seal the RV? 1998 Minnie Class C

I attached a photo. Do I need to seal under the lip where the roof overhangs? I paid someone to do the roof but notice this wasn't done and wasn't sure if it was a area of water intrusion.

Also, do you all typically seal around the windows regularly? Regularly there was some silicone on there that I stripped off.

I'm trying to use dicor 351 cap sealant and it is very unpleasant to work with compared to using caulk or silicone. I'm not able to spread it /clean off excess without just making a big mess.

And the photo, you can see some old nasty silicone that i stripped. I cleaned it up and put some eternabond there due to uneven surfaces where the back was dinged at some point, but I'm reluctant to eternabond the whole thing

This is on a 98 Minnie w/o slideouts.

Thanks!

Hi BigPig,
I check the Sealant Callout Sheet, and it stops at the year 2000. The 1998 Minnie Owner's Manual is on-line, and page 9-1 discusses the roof. Sadly, no specific sealants or areas to seal are called-out.
Maybe somebody else can chime-in here?
Thanks, Eagle5

Winnebago's sealants evolve, usually for the better and often for availability. There's no reason a 2000 or newer call out sheet wouldn't be applicable to a 1998 MH.

Here's a current thread on this evolution:
