22m Bathroom door

Brand new 22m, We love this motorhome so far. However bathroom door frame appears a little on the flimsy side. You have to push or pull on frame to close door. Looks like just a couple of screws holding frame. Quick fix anyone, Thanks Barry

Hi Bugzapr. We have a 2021 22M and our bathroom door works fine and seems pretty solid. Maybe someone left a few screws out. On another note, it took us a while to get used to the shower “door”. It’s more of a roll up shower curtain. Now that thing is pretty flimsy.

New 22m

Thanks for responding. It is the bathroom door frame that is flimsy. The door itself is fine, the door frame is not very solid and can be move by hand. Thanks for your input. Barry

Greetings Bug Zapper,
On my 2019 22M, I was missing one of the screws that hold the wall in place, but this wall is on the hinge-side of the bathroom door. My dealer did this in response to correcting a floor squeak. Perhaps the attachment at the top or the bottom of the catch-side of the wall is missing a screw?
Welcome to the forum.

Thank You eagle 5. I will see about adding screws to make this door frame is secured and become functional. Thanks Barry

Bathroom door

We had a similar problem on the latch side. Have you tried replacing one of the hinge screws with a longer, coarse threaded screw. If it bites in the frame behind the door jamb, that would secure it.
