2020/2021 View/Navion - Mercedes Pro Connect?
We've had our 2021 View 24D at the local Mercedes service for the past 3 weeks, while they've tried to get Mercedes Pro Connect activated.
After replacing the Pro hardware, the activation appears to be succeeding without any errors - but no new features are available.
The local Mercedes dealer thinks it may be possible that Winnebago hasn't actually configured any of the Pro features to work on the View or Navion models - features like "find my vehicle" or remote lock/unlock.
Is there anyone with a 2020 or 2021 View or Navion who has been able to use the Mercedes Pro Connect app to locate their vehicle or to remotely lock/unlock it? If so, what features have you been able to get activated for your View/Navion?

Almost all of the features are for commercial use.
However, if all of the Pro features are available in View/Navion, it is possible for owners to set up a commercial account for one vehicle and get access to the full Pro set of features, which includes a few features that would be of value for an RV - remote lock/unlock and locating the vehicle, using the Pro Connect app.
Our local Mercedes service isn't sure that Winnebago has enabled those features though...
Which is why I'm posting, to see if anyone else has tried to get the Pro Connect app features working, with the few features that would make sense for an RV.

It's free for 3 years for the basic features - 1 year for the remote access features. After that, the monthly cost of the remote access features is supposed to be similar to the charges for Mercedes Me (for consumer cars/SUVs).

When I took my 2021View 24D into Mercedes for the ‘delivery inspection’ called out in the Service Record Booklet, I requested that they activate connect based upon having seen your prior posts. They returned it ‘activated’. When I go into the MMI radio function for Connect, it now says ‘Good News’, I’m eligible for a free one month subscription. I think I’ll pass, but perhaps a problem if that is the path to map updates. My Nav seems to be missing some obvious entries. In any case, we have the consumer equivalent of this on our 2015 Audi Q5, and never found it that useful. Audi has continually upgraded the features, but the only one I’ve ever found compelling was the traffic light change/timing notifications.

On the MBUX display, is the small Mercedes Pro Connect icon lit up and does something? Or is it grayed out?
Our View needed map updates. The automatic updates (if Pro activated) only update the nearby region (large state or several smaller states). Updating all of the US and Canada/Mexico requires a manual update by USB or a dealer.
We're using Google Maps with Android Auto, which has more functionality and up to date maps.
