2017 View Driver side cab gap

Hi folks,

Was re-doing my seals on my camper and I noticed this on the drivers side on the cab area..is this normal or the sign of something really bad? The cab has separated about a 1/2 inch on just on the drivers side..anyone else have this issue?

Also, to save anyone money..I paid Litchsinn for the Winnebago approved 94401-04-000 sealant

Yeah this is just Henry 212 all purpose sealant you can buy for half the price at home depot..just an FYI..also sorry the photo is uploading sideways..

Well I unfortunately figured it out, I think the previous owner hit a branch or something and knocked out the brace on the cab, there one on each side, see attached photo. It is the brace on the top of the roof above the slideout..wonder If I can reinstall this before it gets much worse? I never noticed this until now.

And now Winnebago has told me the "wings" on the roof have no structural support and are just for looks. Also, there is multiple people stating they are flimsy and fall off after a while. Sure enough passenger one is loose as a goose so I'll have to figure out how to stick that back on more. Back to figuring out this small crack, carry on.

Hi grooverider,
Please let us know how you go about the repairs. I believe we have all hit branches at one point or another.
Thanks, Eagle5
