Most microwave ovens have a metal wall-plate that is attached to the RV wall. This wall-plate has a lip at the bottom, The oven has metal tabs on the back, at the bottom. These tabs hook into the wall-plate lip, then the oven hinges up to its mounted position, where it must be blocked up while the upper retaining bolts are inserted.
Some ovens have the retaining bolts inserted down from above the front of the oven into its frame.. Other brands have the retaining bolts on each side slanted upwards toward the top of the wall-plate, they are hidden by a decorative panel.
Search online for installation instructions for your brand oven to discover which retaining bolt configuration applies to yours..
