Adventurer Water Flow
Weak water flow at galley sink !! Whether I'm using pump or connected to city water, my galley sink flow sucks. Checked lines yesterday and find no evidence of kinks. My bathroom sink has better flow. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated !! I get pissed every time I put on galley sink !!

kevin1959, the Moen Single Handle Pullout Kitchen Faucet has two screen filters one the spray end and one where the hose connects to the handle. I had cleaned the one on the spray but did not help was getting ready to replace it when I found the one were the hose connects.
rk911, on your coach the cold water goes through the small water filter under the sink. Is there a difference between the hot and cold flow.

We found the same thing. After cleaning both screens we had better flow. When I de-winterize in the spring I remove all faucet screens and do a thorough flushing and reinstall the screens. It saves later frustration.

a very slight improvement with the hot flow.if good water flow is a 10 the cold is maybe a 6 and the hot a 6.2. I didn't know about the second screen. just checked that and it's clear. under-sink filter was installed back in march.

On our 2013 Adventurer 32H the water that goes through the filter only goes to a separate spigot. There is a T in the cold water line going to the faucet. Off the T is a 1/4" line running to the filter. Out of the filter is another 1/4" line going to a separate spigot. Call out section D on the print shows the detail of the plumbing under the kitchen sink.
Here's the diagram for the plumbing under the kitchen sink:
http://www.winnebagoind.com/diagram/...j32h_plumb.pdf
I would also check the tubing that runs under the cabinet from the fresh water supply. As you look in the cabinet doors there's a removable section of cabinet floor just to the left of the doors. Remove the panel and inspect the water lines. The tubing should be long enough to allow the slide to be moved in or out without kinking the tube. If the tube is too long or not properly routed it could be kinked. Once it's kinked it's going to be difficult to straighten out and get full flow.

Hikerdogs, thanks for reply. I pulled that floor panel last night. No sign of kinks. I'm hoping the screen cleaning takes care of it. How is your flow in yours ?

The flow in our kitchen sink is great. By comparison the sink in the bath has around 30% of the flow in the kitchen. This is to be expected because the lines going to the bathroom sink are reduced to 1/4" as opposed to the 1/2" lines in the kitchen.
Have you tried disconnecting the cold water line from the kitchen faucet and running some in a bucket? It's possible some construction debris has gotten caught in the line where it junctions with the faucet. If the flow is better in the bucket I would leave the line disconnected and try to blow some air back through the faucet in an attempt to clear it out.

Is this screen under the sink where the line attaches to the faucet assembly?
I cleaned the screen where the line attaches to the faucet head with no success.

rubyred, the screen that was blocked on mine was where the faucet hose attaches to the faucet itself.

It is also a good idea to periodically disconnect the galley faucet head from the hose and then soak the complete faucet head in a dish pan or like container containing full strength vinegar. Make sure all the holes in the faucet head are immersed in the vinegar. Soak for an hour.
Do the same with the shower head. And clean you coffee pot with vinegar per its instructions.
Purchase the vinegar at you favorite wholesale club.

I have the same issue. Do you mean where the hose connects under the sink?

In my Itasca Suncruiser, we have weak flow at the kitchen faucet.
If your unit is like mine, it has a Chinese faucet with a pull down head and two settings on the pulldown head: spray and stream - selectable by a button on the head. You should get better flow on the spray. The flow in stream mode is pretty weak.
I'm pretty sure the problem is the head and I think it is by design. I bought a new exact replacement faucet just to get a new head (neither WGO or the parts supplier sells individual components) and the flow remained the same.
You can test by unscrewing the head from hose and running your water.
My wife has informed me the next time it breaks, I'm replacing it with a decent Moen or Kohler.

We have the same faucet in our 2013 Adventurer, and have no problem with the flow. You must have a restriction in the line or faucet itself. Our kitchen faucet has at least twice the flow of the one in the bathroom
