My 2017 Via has a sliding /disappearing screen door. It has always been problematic going off track easily. It gave out the other day and all the cables that operate inside the door seem to be tangled up. Anyone have this problem? Any suggestions on repair verses replace door? Any after market product that might work better?

I saw the question but my 2011 does not have that, I only have a window with a screen in the main door that opens about 12", no separate screen door. I really like it too because you can open it while driving and get a nice cross breeze.
