I have a 2011 via 25 Q. Am trying to figure out how to get to the connections to the Sound system. Can't play DVDs on the TV. Any thoughts on how to remove it?

If you mean the Jensen system under the TV it is just held in place with wood screws, I found that out when mine started falling out on a trip. If you need to access the back of the TV you need to remove the two lenses from the bathroom vanity ceiling lights then lift the mirror straight up to the ceiling where it will lift off the 4 screws that the brackets hook over. Check your brackets once the mirror is removed, my top bracket was detached and I had to re-attach with 3M double sided tape, the thick kind.

The wood screws are behind the plastic trim piece

thanks. the key hint was "plastic trim" I removed the Jensen system and was at first overwhelmed by all the wires. Luckily, many were labeled. Found the DVD wires which went into a distribution panel. The power light on the board was not lighted. Checked fuses - OK. Then followed the board's power cord to a transformer that had fallen out of an ac outlet inside the wall. Plugged it in and wa-lah. DVD player now sends signal to both TVs. Had noticed earlier in general instructions that DVD player would only work when vehicle was connected to ac. Now I know why. Thanks for your help.
