Question 98 Adventurer: Where’s the fuse panel shown in the manual but non existent in my MH ?

I’ve spent the better of a few days researching where the coach fuse panel is and nothing.
I have a 1998 Winnebago Adventurer model wcg35wp. I’ve looked near the converter (behind drawer under stove) and nothing. I’ve looked to the lright of the 110 circuit breakers and nothing. The manual says these are the two places it should be and I just can’t find the fuse panel.
Not getting any power to the water pump and the fridge doesn’t revert to LP after being disconnected from shore power indicating the DC battery current is also not getting to the fridge. Also, steps won’t retract or come out when keys aren’t in the ignition to activate.
Any help would be appreciated. The fuse box under the dash isn’t what I’m looking for. I found two fuse boxes under the drivers side dash, one for the coach and the automotive fuse box. These aren’t the ones I’m looking for.
Looked under the steps where the batteries are, nothing. Closet, nothing…any ideas ?

Under the dining booth seat or in the outside storage (basement) compartment next to side door?

The Body, 12 Volt Wiring Diagram for your coach indicates (see page 4) that the coach 12V breaker panel should be above the microwave.

Two points jump out. One is that we always want to check the ground as well as power, so found the ground bar for step on first snip.
Second snip shows fuse for the frig above microwave.
