1994 minniewinnie cabin batteries

I just purchased a 1994 Minniewinnie 29' and I replaced the cabin batteries because they were dead(i had them tested? first trip everything appeared to be working fine. plugged into shore power. second morning woke up and no lights, water pump or status panel. put a battery charger on the batteries and got 12 volt power after a couple hours. Drove home and the status panel showed the batteries were at 100%.
is my converter/charger shot? where is it? is there a cabin battery disconnect somewhere?
thanks!
