I'm at a loss on how to diagnos my electric speedo not working.

Hi Dana,
It looks like you have a 1993 to 1997 Vectra. I found the video below, and I believe Step #1 for you is to get a code reader to see if it will help narrow-down the problem. Until you do get it fixed, you can use a GPS for your motorhome speed.
