Slide Seal Replacement 2019 Adventurer 27N

A couple of the seals mounted at the openings of the slideouts are damaged and I can't find the part numbers on the online parts list. I'm also curious about the removal and installation process for the seals.

Photo attached.

Thanks

For folks to help more information is needed as for make, model and year of your rig.

I know you said you looked at the on line parts list. Did you try this one.
https://winnebago.com/owners/owner-resources

winnebago lists every nut bolt etc. You also might try Lichtsinn as they are the go to place for everything winnebago.

https://www.lichtsinn.com/

Lastly you might give Steel Rubber a look see.

The Winnebago link takes me to the on-line Parts list where I got 177503-09-CHT, TRIM-INTERIOR, SLIDEOUT which leads me nowhere! Steelrubber has some that look like it but I have to measure mine.
Thanks again!

I too would contact Lichtsinn, they are pretty good at running parts down, especially if you have the original part #.

https://www.lichtsinn.com/

I dropped the part # into their online part finder and it came back no match. I had a similar instance and it was just due to Winnie having updated the part # from my build to now, Lichtsinn had no problem finding.

I’ve purchased from them many times, very helpful and reasonably priced. Given their location 1 mile from the factory if they don’t have it they can get it quick.

Good luck!

Apparently, there is a quirk in the software, if you post from a cellphone it doesn't pick up your signature for some reason. I have had this problem with both Android and iPhones.

Lichsinn sells the exact replacement for the slide seal wipers and bulb parts that Winnebago uses OEM, by the foot. I used them to replace deteriorated slide seals on my 2015 27N. The cost was quite reasonable, well under $ 100.

Lonnie in their parts department will have no trouble finding what you need and giving you a price and taking your order for quick shipment.

I got the Steele catalog at the Tampa Supershow and was considering using them rather than buying thru Lichtsinn, but nothing in the catalog seemed to be a perfect match for the Winnebago OEM ones I needed.

I will add; take before pictures JIC you get interrupted and have to stop in the process. Pay attention to how the corners are made with the old seals, copy that installation.
I hired seals replaced on a 5er; the shop did not install the new seals like the old ones and they always gave me trouble, with water leaks. It was a constant battle I never solved.
