Slide Adjustment

I have a 2012 Tour 42 QD. I need to adjust my slides as they rub the floor bad when going in and out. Thye leave a black mark on the tile floor. I have included two pictures at least I think I have. Give me advise on what to do here please. Thanks for your help.

I have the sister coach Ellipse with a similar ram system. Recommend first you clean the rams thoroughly and then treat with dry silicone or teflon spray. Don't use any oil-based spray that will attract dirt, WD-40, etc.

You should also go under the rams and clean and spray the motor gears with a slide out lube or the silicone / teflon spray. Its OK to use a liberal amount of spray. Then run the slide in and out a couple of times with a cool-off period in-between. Let us know what results with slide noise, floor marks, etc.
