Nav system issue

We have a 2014 Itasca Ellipse 42QD. Yesterday, while planning our trip, I turned the ignition key to the accessory position and used the Nav system to chart the course. When I finished, I turned the key to the off position but the Nav system and CD player stayed on as if the accessory position were still engaged. Do I have a faulty ignition switch?

Check to see that the toggle switch labeled 'Radio' (one of 5 switches in a row below the main screen and the A/C controls) is not switched to 'house' versus 'Eng.'

I would think this is very good! a bad ignition switch would seem to also leave a number of other things still powered as well.
