Jacks Not Retracting 2004 Adventurer 33V

My leveling jacks are not retracting. But occasionally they do. Randomly they work. They go down without fail. But they randomly won’t release and retract to come back up. HWH 325 series on 2004 W Adventurer 33V.

Can you offer some advice? Please watch this video.

Check shuttle valve.

Also check the hydraulic fluid level first. Surprising how many jack problems are related to low fluid level. Read your manual for the specific method to check the level but generally you retract the jacks and bring the slides in (if you have hydraulic slides). The level should be pretty close to the top of the tank - maybe 1/2 inch or less.
