2010 via 25T cable tv input not working

If I connect the cable directly from campground output it works. If i connect it to the duplex connector by the water control/shower in the back it wont connect.
I looked at the interior connections...

My 2010 25T has a constant drip drip drip out of the PVC pipe under the rear below the tank. Can anyone tell me where you gain access to the drain valve?

Just put money down on a 2010 VIA 25T
It has 52K miles on the clock.
At what milage should I consider shock replacements?
