Smile New Member with a Micro Minnie 1800BH

Hi Folks
Wanted to introduce myself Warren and partner Jody. I have owned several RVs over the years since 1972. Lived in several during those times. Recently we bought a Winnebago 1800BH To tow behind my Jeep Wrangler 4 dr Rubicon.

Hi Warren & Jody,
I have always appreciated the 1800 Bunk House. It puts sleeping for four in a compact trailer without having to convert the dinette into a bed. Of course on my Minnie Winnie 22M, I have to make-up the Dinette for my dog Grace to sleep.
Welcome to the forum.

Congrats on your adventure acquisition!
Great camper. You’ll compile lots of memories over the next few years.

How are you making out towing the 1800BH with a Wrangler?

My wife and I sold our MH in March and were going to wait 2-3 years to make another RV purchase.
We both missed traveling around our home state of Florida so we jumped back in with our first travel trailer purchase, a 1800BH in June.

We are towing it with our toad from our motorhome(s) which is a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.
It has plenty of power to pull around ‘flatland’ Florida but the load is definitely maxed to the hilt.
Considering we are ‘gently’ towing, never over 60mph (Florida law for towing) and generally 5 mph below speed limits all indications are that it will suffice until we get a proper TV in the future as we travel more extensively.

I’m curious how other folks are doing with the 1800BH with a smaller SUV/CUV.
