Hi all from Australia (Tasmania!)
Hi from Australia, new to the forum and new to Rv motorhome s. We just bought a secondhand 2006 Winnebago on an Iveco chassis. Seems there was going on over here regarding the copyright, but putting that aside the builders had a fire a few years ago so there is no paperwork or manuals for my RV. I wondered if the American ones would do as they must have got the plans from Winnebago.
So looking for help and info.
Cheers
Lorraine

Hi Lorraine,
I am wondering if Arvida is the name of the manufacturer of your 2006 Winnebago on a Iveco chassis? Except for the name Winnebago, I do not believe these have anything in common with our USA manufacturer here. What is the exact model number of your motorhome? Does the picture below resemble it?
Welcome to the forum.

Yes Avida is one name they use. Not sure how to attach photos on here. It is just called a leisure seeker, says model 6868, 23 ft long roughly measured from top to tail.
I thought I attached photos but seems i made an album on the site but how to attach them? It has a slide out on the side too where the sofa is but didn’t have a photo to add.

Hi again Lorraine,
Janet (one of our site moderators) has this instruction Thread with many helpful hints for new users. Specifically, post #20 discusses how to add photos to an album. I am very interested in seeing your motorhome and hearing more about some of the good things down under.
Thanks, Eagle5

I searched on 2006 Avida Leisure Seeker and came up with THIS.

Hi again Lorraine,
In reviewing the three photos above ( from post #1,) I see that it really is a very nice layout in a compact motorhome. If I ever were to visit Australia, I would never trust myself driving down there. No matter how many times I see it, I just cannot get used to a right-hand driving position.
Thanks, Eagle5
