Jensen XRV voltage output problem in 2018 Winnebago Vista LX

3 of my 4 speakers no longer work on my Jensen XRV. The right rear speaker is the only one that works and has a voltage of 3.5 volts. The other 3 are hot and without sound output and have a voltage of 10.5 volts each one. If the 3 speakers that do not work are connected to their own hot wire, positive, and to the ground of the right rear functioning speaker they all work. Connected to their own ground connection they power up the speaker magnet but produce no sound and the speakers themselves get hot. It seems that the 3 non functioning speakers have ground problems. Any ideas of where to look? Is this an XRV10 problem or can solving the ground problem solve this?
