The only relevance it has is it’s relationship to the sticker on the inside of the driver side door. Steer axle is front axle. Drive axle is rear axle. The sticker will list the GAWR for each of them. Rear axle GAWR is normally much higher than front axle. If you have a WDH, you will notice weight is shifted to the steer axle when it is in use.

I'd like to add that you should weigh the TV without the trailer then adjust the WD hitch to restore the front axle weight once the loaded trailer is re-attached to the TV.

Think of your rear axle as the balance point. the more weight you add to the tongue, the more it raises the front (removes weight). If the front wheel get too light, you will have a loss of steering grip. Airbags work good for fifth wheels because the weight is added directly on top of the rear axle (pivot point). A travel trailer needs to have a weight distribution hitch to reposition some of the weight onto the front axle. Watch this video for clarification. Your scale weights are way off what they should be.
