I plan to put the same thing in my Minnie that I recently put in my Chevy Avalanche, a Pioneer with the apple play. I'm not musically inclined, don't want to bother with play lists, purchases, etc. I listen to my Pandora channels and the connection to the phone is perfect for me. Best thing I've ever done with any of my older vehicles.
If you get a radio, or any other used Electronics make sure you take a picture of the VIN number.
Most units have a anti theft lock-out and you'll need that Unit's VIN in order to re-program it to your vehicle.
Yes, I have an expensive paperweight in shop because I didn't know to get the VIN, and the vehicle was crushed soon after I bought the AM-FM-CD-Phone-Cassette-Satelite Radio.
I'll keep Watching On Line for how to re-program it w/o the VIN.
Keep Smile'n and Mile'n!
If you listen to broadcast radio frequently, you should consider a unit with RDS. Most major stations provide radio data system info in their transmissions to display what and who is playing. I find that handy to read the tune and artist from the radio's display.
What is the Chassis?
My Winne is on a commercial Chev Chassis, but the dash has a bracket I'll have to trim if I use the AM,FM,CD,Phone,Cassette, Xm radio.
