Question '97 Adventurer 34RQ Rear Heat

This 34RQ is a new to us in the last 3 weeks. It is to carry the DW and I to Quartzite for a breaK from the Northern Nevada winter.

Need HEAT! Can anyone enlightem me as to the operation and location of the rear heat unit. I can't find any post specific to our coach. Some say the rear heater distributes through the floor furnace ducts, some say other heat outlets. Ours has a round outlet, low on the wall opposite the bathroom, with a flexible duct attached to it behind the wall - and just to the rear of the water heater access. The duct disappears down towrds the underbelly. I don't know if that is a supply - as it is in our 1988 Elandan 37RQ or a return air duct. The heater doesn't seem to do anything. I'm sure we will need it on a January trip to Quartzite.

I called Winnebago, but no help there.

Thanks in Advance.
